How much does it cost?
Washer and dryer sets are $70 per month + tax.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. There is no security deposit and no credit check. Your first month’s lease payment is due when the appliances are installed.
How long is the lease?
There is a six-month minimum lease term. After six months, your lease continues month-to-month and may be canceled without a cancellation fee.
Can I rent only a washer or only a dryer?
No. Washers and dryers are leased as a set.
Are your dryers gas or electric?
All dryers are electric. Your residence must have the appropriate washer and electric dryer hookups.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery and installation within our service area are included with your lease.
What happens if a machine breaks?
Contact us and we’ll arrange to repair or replace the leased appliance at no additional charge.
Are the machines new?
Our leasing inventory consists of pre-owned appliances that are professionally cleaned and sanitized before being placed into service. Brands, styles, colors, and models vary based on availability.
Where do you provide service?
We serve Albuquerque and nearby communities. Contact us with your address or ZIP code and we’ll confirm availability.
How do I pay?
Monthly payments are automatically charged to the Visa or Mastercard provided during installation.
Will you take old machines?
Yes, we will take any old or broken units for free when we come to install your leased units.
What electric dryer outlet do I need?
You will need to have either a 3 or 4 prong 22v outlet. It helps to confirm which one you have ahead of delivery to ensure we bring the correct dryer cord with us that fits your outlet. Google images can show you what those outlets look like if you are unfamiliar.
