All leases have a 6-month minimum term and automatically continue month-to-month after the initial term.
After the first six months, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.
How it Works
1. Contact Us
Send us your information and preferred installation date. We’ll confirm that your location is within our Albuquerque area service area and answer any questions.
2. We Deliver and Install
We’ll deliver your washer and electric dryer set and install it at no additional charge. Your home or apartment must have compatible washer and electric dryer hookups.
3. Set Up Automatic Billing
At installation, we’ll securely set up your monthly payment using Visa or Mastercard. Your first month’s lease payment is charged at installation, with automatic monthly payments thereafter.
4. Enjoy Laundry at Home
No more hauling laundry back and forth to the laundromat. If one of your leased machines stops working, contact us. We’ll take care of the repair or replacement at no additional charge.

Our leasing inventory consists of pre-owned washer and dryer sets that are professionally cleaned and sanitized before they are placed into service.
Because our inventory changes, appliance brands, models, colors, styles, and features may vary.
What doesn’t change is the service that comes with your lease. If a leased washer or dryer stops working, we’ll take care of it.
